Returns and Exchange Policy

Jack's West End accepts returns on eligible merchandise* assuming product is unopened, unused, and returned with original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date and will be processed as follows: A full refund matching the original purchase price will be issued within 15 days of purchase or a store credit will be issued matching the original purchase price within 30 days of purchase.

*All end of season, closeout, or marked down items, are ineligible for return or exchange and are final sale. Additionally, underwear, swimwear, sunglasses, and sexual wellness products are never eligible for returns or exchange.
